What is Yahoo! upto?
By in News on 8th January 2007Well im just putting 2 and 2 together here….
Lately i have been watching my forum like a hawk on steroids and saw alot of bots come and go but yahoo is stuck on it and been crawling my forum as if its a hemorrhoid…..it usually fluctuates between 4 and umm 24!?!
And then i log into my once used email acc at yahoo and at the bottom i notice this..”WE COLLECT PERSONAL INFORMATION ON THIS SITE”
Hmm what are you upto mr.yahoo ceo…my guess is a humongous database of information for their use or maybe selling it to the highest bidder?
After all they say that they collect information…which indivisually sold is worthless but if collected in huge numbers and filed and ready to use its worth alot…more then anyone can imagine…. i guess making 3+ million a month isnt enough they need more.
I guess they will be making an announcement pretty soon.

This started round about a year ago, there is an option to have your details taken off this database I’ll go through my stacks of junk links and post it to you when I find it.
