September 2007 stands out as one of the more recent ones! It's ironic that adsense will note that the earnings will be finalized by the 2nd week however that doesn't seem to make a difference as far as getting an earlier payment. For one thing the "hold" date is on the 15th of the month - so even if the earnings are "finalized" earlier there is still the 15th of the month to contend with. August 2007 earnings were noted as saying that they would be "finalized" by the 10th or the 11th of September but September's payment was still quite late!
