Personally i love sitemaps but lately none of my sitemaps are being downloaded by google’s bots, and all i see is the gbot accessing my site making like 3 hits…and using 0.0 kb bandwidth which basically means it did absolutely nothing my site map is around 43kb large, pretty big if you think its text…
So heres a screen shot and still nothing.

Here are a few tips to get your site up and ready to be indexed at google, as always content powered boosts.
1. Adsense
Use as many adsense ads as you can on every page for the first week, it helps alot in crawling, and to further speed this up go ahead adn stumble it, get alot of traffic coming in and when it does come in alot of queries will be sent to adsense for the ads you placed on the pages, which will help the pages get crawled faster.
2. SMM (Social Media Marketing)
Digg/Stumble/Delicious a page and within 24 hours without traffic or much buzz over your social bookmark your page will be indexed but be careful not to bookmark too many pages then you might be spamming your serps.
3. Links
Get an immediate link from a high traffic website, cut a deal for a 1 week deal just to get indexed, its worth it.
4. Pings/Topsites
Well if you have a blog it already pings to many places so dont worry but do consider topsites like technorati, bloggeries, bidding directories and such places to add your site to be a part of the active webmaster community.

This is how i show my love for this blog, ive recently hooked it up with some mint and a link at bigweblinks , its my first link by far at any directory online, its just to show that this blog matters
Also look at my shiny link haha, yes for an seo i don’t do as much directory submissions i mostly rely on content powered boosts at google, the reason i bought a link at bwl was because Dtanga from Teen Business Forum was recently advertising his own forum at bwl so told me to take my own advice and get a link there and so i did haha.
Ill be posting some more seo tips today shortly after this post

Oh my god…
This is the most stressful pr update in history!
Whatever that was reported as a pr update was false and there is nothing going on, so yea for domain buyers this is indeed a stressful situation, id suggest anyone to just hang tight untill there are further reports on this issue.
Alot of my own work is on hold because of this.
This post is an update to PR Update July 2007 - Begins!

Well its a common topic now, big companies like Google,Yahoo,MSN and others are out to buy/sell sites, franchises and what not, its been like marketing hell since these guys came out with their buying streaks, and the large bids ofcourse , in other words its kinda alienating to other webmasters since no one has a sold anything online that got them over 10 million….yep and these big companies are doing just that infact!
Now Google will try to buy out any site that is holding a quite bit of interest/share in the market that google is already in, for example doubleclick.net well it was obvious why they bought them out, diversity, getting a wider range of advertisers and serving to more websites where adsense can’t reach, and yes once again to be the Advertising world’s leader, now when it purchased feedburner alot of concerns came up such as google trying to be big brother or something, and yes it is true Google takes its business seriously which is data collection and data processsing, they are looking for the most unique and unique methods of data collecting as well as types of data online and they buy it out.
The whole stumble upon sale was a bit out of hand, thats only because after doubleclick was purchased stumbleupon became the next best thing to get targetted visitors and at a massive level and their advertising programs were very very interesting as well, ive tried it myself, google wanted stumbleupon more then doubleclick i assume.
So if you want to google to buy you out, go 2.0 and collect data, i bet the first thing you thought after reading this line was “opt-in emails” or “blogs”, well as far as i’m concerned google is not looking for opt-in emails its looking for more unique data, blogs in other words thats the reason why feedburner was sold and technorati wasn’t.

Well its been a while and my authority at technorati always showed 11, i was like “what the hell” but then i thought maybe its right not alot of people are talking about my blog anyway, but by now i know alot of people discussed my posts in their posts because i got the pings
now i emailed them but i don’t expect neither a speedy or a useful response anytime soon.
Not saying that being in technorati is that great just saying its eyecandy for me, specially when i go to blogs its what i look for hehe, guess its a bit shallow but hey im just saying it like it is, technorati to me is just eyecandy.
