The world’s largest bulletin board software sold to Internet Brands , the vb staff made it official by their announcement on their boards, it is indeed shocking because vb is the most used software on the net even the biggest forum on the net (as far as i know) digitalpoint is using it as well, everyone loves vbulletin this surprise sale might hurt its reputation among buyers but as i see it no one really cares about it, whether its sold or not.
No one up to this point knows how much it was sold for but we do know its sold now, the only prediction i can make on its price is around 10mil.
Right now (as im posting this) the vbulletin site is down the only thing i can tell is that it might be getting shifted over to the new owner.
