Google will buy you out if..
By in Internet Marketing, News on 18th July 2007Well its a common topic now, big companies like Google,Yahoo,MSN and others are out to buy/sell sites, franchises and what not, its been like marketing hell since these guys came out with their buying streaks, and the large bids ofcourse , in other words its kinda alienating to other webmasters since no one has a sold anything online that got them over 10 million….yep and these big companies are doing just that infact!
Now Google will try to buy out any site that is holding a quite bit of interest/share in the market that google is already in, for example doubleclick.net well it was obvious why they bought them out, diversity, getting a wider range of advertisers and serving to more websites where adsense can’t reach, and yes once again to be the Advertising world’s leader, now when it purchased feedburner alot of concerns came up such as google trying to be big brother or something, and yes it is true Google takes its business seriously which is data collection and data processsing, they are looking for the most unique and unique methods of data collecting as well as types of data online and they buy it out.
The whole stumble upon sale was a bit out of hand, thats only because after doubleclick was purchased stumbleupon became the next best thing to get targetted visitors and at a massive level and their advertising programs were very very interesting as well, ive tried it myself, google wanted stumbleupon more then doubleclick i assume.
So if you want to google to buy you out, go 2.0 and collect data, i bet the first thing you thought after reading this line was “opt-in emails” or “blogs”, well as far as i’m concerned google is not looking for opt-in emails its looking for more unique data, blogs in other words thats the reason why feedburner was sold and technorati wasn’t.

I agree with you!
Anything that offer something like Google or attract a lot traffic then Google will buy you
