So i was browsing digitalpoint when i was catching a break from my daily hassle of a life,  and i read Jeremy’s blog and i was shcoked to read that he was being extorted by a DMOZ editor, i mean if he had picked on a smaller blog it would not have been an issue but this was just ridiculous, this DMOZ editor is picking on one of the most famous web marketers around with a huge audience which listens to every blurb and every show Jeremy does.

Well its not really about picking on the weak its about morals, unless money is involved no one performs their best that is the reason why non-paid submissions to directories do-not do well since the editors aren’t being paid to do any work they make money by selling approvals to DMOZ, yep it does sound sad.

People can say whatever they want, truth is DMOZ does give alot of value to a site and untill google does ANYTHING about it, it will stay the same.

Wow i couldn’t believe this, today i blogged about how a certain friend was leaving on vacation here and yea i maybe taking it a bit hard..

and the ads beside them were quite shocking…see for your self.. if you dont believe me try clicking the link above and refresh a few times and it’ll show you something that has to do with love

Well i wanted to see how John Chow was doing so i thought why not query him, maybe he’s back, but its worse now the mock site for john cow is ranking no.1 for the term John Chow.

And to further heat up things John Chow got a custom design made for his blog to tell his customers that “yea im still in the game”, the new deisgn is totally made to sell ads and yea it does nest the content really nice like but still id prefer more eye candy and usability then just make a place holder of a design just to sell ads.

Well i was really tired of just sitting and moping around so i thought why not blog it, everyone has that one friend that they like having around like ya know, yea today mine left on a muchly deserved vacation although ill miss her she still deserves her vacation.

I guess i have alot of free bored time on my hand so lets get to work!

In conclusion, almost any blog can get into the top 10 serps for any keyword at google, the crawling/indexation  at google is 10 times faster then any search engine.

Youch, i just saw this graph by accident, i was just viewing my other site’s alexa/backlinks..etc and some of the traffic was from digg so i checked that digg story out, and i saw digg’s alexa graph, this is really quite a shock to me, since its the biggest downward spike ive seen in digg’s history.

Nah!

I love people who express themselves but this is just down right stupid, meet Mr. Elton John he wants to shut the internet down and its not because of music piracy nor because of the smut going around but its because people are making poopy music, yes you heard that right he doesn’t really care about other things, all this is just because he doesn’t think the music that artists are making good enough music….well boo freaking hoo..

The internet is much more then a platform for music, with google,yahoo and msn its becoming a marketing/advertising media hub, and im one of the groupies in there somewhere, so i dont think anythings going down here.

Most of the times when i tell my fellow marketers this they call it “a storm in a teacup” but the last time it made “report paid links” hah, so this time im gonna say it, this is a storm in a teacup, not even mr.gates could stop piracy online…
