Well Yahoo’s Mash is not just another site on the block its a whole new marketing platform the webmasters and the spammers are all getting ready to make addons/themes and whatever style themes they use.
MyspacePros which is a forum dedicated to making more goodies for myspace users is also taking a new turn where they are now focusing on Yahoo’s Mash network more, below is a screen shot showing just how many people are already producing goodies/addons and more stuff that is to be used with mash in the coming days as well.
I can safely say this niche/trend is here to stay, and so is yahoo.

Ways to go about with this niche:
- Mash themes site.
- Mash Glitters site.
- Mash profile theme generators (user based)
- Mash user trackers
- Mash Image uploading sites
- Mash Applications (thats if yahoo adds a similar engine)

Yep, thats how i look at SquidWho , you can make a page on which ever person you may desire and if someone searches a name on squidwho they get a list info and youtube videos regarding that name as well, its the perfect stalking tool or maybe the best social networking site ever, wait and watch i guess.
For the overall usability i simply adore i, but the automated parts like youtube and wikipedia related info that can be a bit tricky there are alot of terms that may be referred to people but the returning results are of either music videos or wrestling matches if not that then just some idiotic stunt (youtube..go figure).
Squidwho may go on and build the biggest 2.0 “FAN SITE” for the people who don’t want to go through the hassle of webhosting/development and just wanna write about their favorite person. I see alot of angry ex’s coming to this site and making pages of their ex and writing smack about them
ah the good days…

The way i see it, i use gmail because i can have my mail stored online so that even if somehow i delete the mail on my pc its always there online just a click away
