Here is why im posting this:

Now here is the thing I think most interesting about this version of Wordpress. They have gotten off the Technorati bandwagon and now use Google Blog Search to see backlinks.

Not only has wordpress removed the technorati powered backlink search in the dashboard but they have also removed the blogroll links, lately as it seems to me at least, they were entering default blogroll links of their own developers (i think), so whenever you install a wp version you see those links on your site as default its changed as well and they all link to the original wordpress site and its inner pages nothing esle.

Pretty interesting…they really did take a stand against sponsored listings.
