Pagerank, Stabilizing on entries.

26 October 2007 - By Ahson Rafiq - Filled in News, SEO

I saw this coming a mile away, the link sale frenzy going on for the last few months had to end somewhere and this is what google did to protect itself and quality of PR sites, most known sites that were above pr5 came down to 3,4 or 5, their link value is totally shot but their serps mantain their power and authority in google, its like nudering your pets they can still do it but they aren’t gonna knock anything up.

The pagerank update is really near, there maybe a little more work for google to do as well, as previously posted there was a google indexation rollercoaster and then the google de-indexation week , its all to level the field to get things back into order.

I would say next pr update is either late November or earlyJjanuary.

Yeah, good to see Google cracking down on the link sales. Now our links are worth more for High PR pages :) . Keeps demand high and supply low.

Exactly. People were practically cheating to get their PR high. Although I am somewhat guilty of it as well. =P
