Jeremy Schoemaker of Shoemoney.com obliged to answer a few questions for me. All the questions i wanted to ask right here! :D

Shoemoney is one of my most read feeds because of the reason that the main does more then he blogs, and i love that about him.

Q. While working with affiliates does buying out a currently successful product seem like a better idea?
I have stocked items and I can tell you its a whole nothing ballgame. In order to be a affiliate you just need to build a site or send traffic directly to the merchant. But if you want to sell the products directly on your own site… now you need to stock inventory or drop ship, get a merchant account so you can accept payments, deal with chargebacks and customer service issues… returns… Its not for me ;) Also you simply just cant resell some items.

Q. The more you work with affiliates the wider your product base gets, what if some of those products turn out to be falsely advertised or don’t perform that well with your customers, do you worry about your reputation as an affiliate marketer?

Well if you are attaching your brand with the offers then for sure it will hurt your brand. If you are just doing ppc to landing pages… then I doubt anyone would know it was you in the first place.

One of the biggest issues right now is that affiliate companies are turning a blind eye to their affiliates who are promoting false advertised products. This really hurts the end merchant the most and thus gives affiliate marketing a bad reputation.

Q. What do you think of the “Make Money Online” blogs these days? Most of them are a waste of space on the internet. Rarely do any of them disclose specific examples but rather go on about half cocked theories and examples on how to get rich overnight.

Q. AuctionADs just turned into ShoppingADs, any comments on that?
I have tons of comments but not many I can share =(

Q. Everyone has that one dream they are trying to achieve and auctionads seemed like a stepping stone for you, so would you share what your main aim is?
AuctionAds was fun. I have fun launching a product. My main aim is just to build services that are needed. Thats always kind of been our aim. AuctionAds picked up 25,000 publishers and was doing incredible revenues in the first 4 months before we sold it to the minority owners. Now we are working on fighters.com which is a mixed martial arts website that will bring fans and fighters together. We also have a dating product that I feel will do well. Again all services I feel are needed.

Q. What do you think of diversifying your blog’s authors, better reader response?I think one of the fastest ways to kill a blog is to bring in more authors. I have seen it happen many times. People get big then they bring in authors to do all the work for them. Which turns them into a “News” site for the most part. Which then its just another site echoing news from other sites.

Neil Patel and Rebecca Kelly occasionally guest post and I give them free reign. They are very opinionated and are not trying to break “news”.

Jeremy - You should put up a landing page for Fighters.com; a logo or something. Kinda sucks going to a security form.
