I have always found that the more relevent keywords you include, the more traffic you can get. A ton of traffic comes from unknowing Googlers. They left empty space for keywords and many more different metadata saying "type your keywords here", but didn't told client company that they have to do it themselves. They also knew nothing about using HTML tags like h1, h2, h3, em or strong. And those companies advertise as "professionals"...
