Blogging Inspiration: What I Like About a Blog
By in Blogging, Webmaster on 10th February 2008So I’ve been reading lots and lots of SEO blogs and make money online type blogs lately while doing my research for what to write about. I’ve quickly learned the blogs that I would like to read regularly. These are the blogs that are easy to read, have real information on them, and have writers with personality.I like the community feel of a blog. There’s something about a whole group of people coming together in one location to work on a common goal or provide information to each other. When I find a blog with lots of comments, I normally try to read a few of the pages to see how people are reacting to the posts.
I just love reading a post about a topic and then being able to see what the readers have to say in the comments. This gives me a good perspective on what the blogger has posted. Reading the pros and cons by other people is always fun. I’ve found I enjoy reading comments just as much as I do blogs. (Great ideas for new blog posts on your own blog can often be found in the comments of a popular blog)
If a blog is too jumbled with irrelevant ads or the information you are looking for is to hard to locate, I usually don’t bother sticking around. I just move on to one of the other blogs that are easy to use and get around in. The ones with a search feature that really works is helpful to quickly find the information I am looking for.
Reading other blogs not only gives me blogging tips, but they also open my eyes to ways of making money online that I hadn’t thought about before. It’s amazing how once you start thinking outside of the box, you are willing to try more and more new things to add to your current stream of income.
As a freelance writer, I often stumble upon some great freelancing tips while getting paid to research an article. It’s great for me, because then I learn the stuff I wouldn’t normally have learned otherwise. Gnet here at Blueverse has sent me to some really interesting tools and website to be reviewed that I have learned many good blogging tips from and I look forward to learning more great ways to make money online with my websites and blogs.

Yes, it’s good to read other people’s blogs in the SEO market as well as the niche that one is in. I try to read many blogs that I have time for and subscribe to quite a few including this one. It does help to learn all that you can.

Definately have to agree to the above comments, I do also read other blogs to have ideas for myself. One idea leads to another and the other leads to a master piece. However, I haven’t had time to actually create and keep my own blog up to par.

I have to agree with the comments above. I like reading posts on websites with comments. I subscribed to some blogs because of this reason

I also agree with the comments that have already been made.
When I read blogs I find that I learn much more than trying to learn it myself/off another none-blog website.
I am just hopeless at keeping blogs up, they’ll last 5 days maximum and then I will never use them again!

I don’t think there is a “Money Making Blog”. If you intend to create a blog only for money, it’s impossible. You have to learn to like typing daily more than earning. Then, your revenue will pour in.
Having a blog with sloppy content will not get you any $$.

It is not enough to have a blog . You must have attractive content and nice smooth design . You won’t get 1000 of dollars until you have lots of users . They click your ads and you earn money . Everything is simple but you must have a user attractive content.
