Bro do you know where I can check the number of RSS subscribers on Wordpress? I might be able to count them on my fingers, but still it makes it exciting to see the subscribers count increase slowly. Let me know!!

Is it possible that they haven't done a weed in quite awhile and just decided to do it all in one day. For instance, perhaps idle subscribers from the last 3 months or so? Not sure how feedburner works, but looking at it from a programmer point of view.

Yeah, it had happened to me too. As you've said, this could be caused by idle subscribers not really checking up your feed. But then again, when a large number of subscribers get removed, I wonder if it's really a idle subscriber miscount. I mean, 50/300 is 1/6th right? It wouldn't be so strange if it happened in the course of the weekend. But it's really weird when it happens right in the middle of the week.

Then again, there might be numerous facts that we don't take into account.

Cheers!
