Okay this time i have some tips on how you can get more rss readers, these are the tips i used in the last 2 weeks to get more rss readers, which by the way worked like a charm 
The whole point in trying to get more rss readers is to have more traffic in the long run, if you are planning on keeping your blog and growing it to the max then you have to focus on getting more rss readers and not just any readers these have to be relevant to your niche and you must have sufficient content to provide to these readers so that they can be contributors to your blog rather then stay nameless readers.
Engaging your readers or making the effort towards it is a good thing if you can engage your raeders into your posts in any way, go for it! Having the slightest interaction between readers and content on your blog can result in a healthier blog, do it over and over again and you’ll be on your way to have one of the few successful money bloggers.
I’ve blogged alot about how to get readers, one of my most talked about post was the 5 ways to get more rss readers but like i said earlier in my seo tips post that trends change with time so you have to change with them, if you don’t you’ll be left behind. Every other day i find a new way to promote my blog and my current set of promotional toolset gets just a bit bigger and thats what i share in these tips.
Free giveaways
This has to be my most used and the only tactic that gives me the most results, In the last 2 months i’ve had more then 250 subscribers added to my reader profile by giving away free stuff such as:
- Free SEO Book
- Free interent marketing videos
- Free wordpress themes
Readers value your opinions and tips but they would love to stay if they get something free out of it as well every once in a while.

Well, I tried holding a simple competition, but apparently people that come to my blog are not that interested in it. Strange, because I offer one month of advertisement on my blog. Maybe it is not targeted enough …

Oliver, You need to promote your contest at bigger established blogs such as BlueVerse, Tyler Cruz, And JohnChow.
You need to get people in the know about the contest.
