Being nice to people with resources.

This is the world’s order, if someone has something you want you have to be nice to them, until they give you what you want that is. I know that sounds incredibly shallow but it’s what everyone does, now think about it aren’t you really over nice to your big buyers?

Well thats pretty much how it works, the nicer you are to the people you are to the people who would either buy stuff from you the better business relationships you will endup with. I’ve realised that you should never depend on one person to be with you through out your life to help you out if you do the same things and treat every other buyer with respect and charm them into it then they will definitely give you what you want.

Some people frown upon doing this but to be honest I don’t see the harm in it, I take some of my clients to dinners and drinks and stuff like that to make transactions and deals alot more easier. Try to put yourself into the other person’s shoes, would you buy anything from an annoying rude asshole? no. That’s pretty much it, unless your buyers/clients like you things are harder to get.

As you grow in your own business at some point you will realize that you do have more connections then you can handle at the same time anymore, this is a great point to be at specially if you are still in growth stage, I’ve done several deals on and offline regarding more revenue streams and it always helps that you treat the people you want something from better then others.
