It seems like there are way to many resources for free templates out there. Also, the prices are really high! If you want a "unigue" template you may have to pay more than $2.000! Why not just get a cheap freelancer... It is not hard to find someone to design an entire website, for around $50, and this one is really unique! Please post if you have made some profit (or sales) selling tamplates. I am very interested in hearing if anyone has ever made money selling templates.
