Hi, I have got a voucher for some free AdWords, how do I track conversions that aren't instant – eg when a person comes to the site through an Ad it may be a month before they make the decision to come back and purchase something from us? thanks

You need to clarify your question a bit. You can track longer term conversions with most stats packages and incorporate your Adwords data into them to see conversion rates vs. spend.

would use adwords only if i am selling a service or a product. If you are depending on adsense for income, then using adwords for traffic is not a nice idea in terms of profit. How much do earn through adsense. Can you please share if you don't mind.

Google adwords seems to be costly marketing tool for good nice, it takes 2-3$ per click , i found much good results with organic traffic rather than adords

certainly adwors is a great IM instruments and few people can today afford not to use it if they are serious online… but never forget there are other alternatives to it, and those might be cheaper!
