I have been using FF since it became available and have tons of addons. I also have a session saved that loads 17 tabs at once without crashing. My FF never crashes and I have plenty of workspace. Although I have not come across as many "problems" as you have mentioned for firefox, I definitely like Google Chromes features. Its fast. And the biggest advantage, is that separate tabs use separate processes which may increase the overall usage of RAM but it adds to the stability and speed of the browser. The only thing keeping me from shifting to chrome is the webmaster tools that you spoke of.... I just cannot live without em! You have listed some very valid points.
