Global Sky: Cut Payroll Costs by 50% or More

nullCall center outsourcing has been today’s trend in business, especially now that economics and trade has gone more than global. Thanks to the internet and fast-growing communication technologies, you can now hire people from almost any part of the world. These days, outsourcing companies have sprouted like mushrooms, offering various services at affordable costs. The competition is tough however, and almost each and every outsource company provides you with the same package.

If you’re looking for something new, then you may check out one of the fast growing BPO companies today, Global Sky, Inc.

Located in the Philippines, Global Sky, Inc. a US Delaware corporation, is among the newest, but equally competitive call center outsourcing companies one can find today. They may be relatively new to the industry, but even at an early age the company has already been handling stable accounts. But given that the company is still at its young stage, how come it has acquired reliable clients and smooth sailing business operations?

It all lies on the package.

First, as a client, you can get as much as 50% savings on your payroll. Global Sky provides its clients with everything they need, and the company takes care of all the administrative and technical requirements, and of course, the payroll management. As a client in need of manpower services, you can totally rely on Global Sky in preparing for your human resource and customer support needs. You can hence focus on the other areas of your business, like the goods and services your own company provides.

The second feature Global Sky boasts to its clients is excellent English. The company gets its strength from its agents, who are highly proficient in the English language. This is primarily because English is the second language in the Philippines, and the agents have already been trained to speak and use the language not only in school but also in their immediate environment.

Aside from the accent, clients will greatly benefit from the proficient grammar skills exercised by the agents of Global Sky. Almost 95% of their agents have acquired university education, and are thus expected to showcase comprehensive knowledge in written and spoken grammar.

This outsourcing company is also known for its room for growth. At present, Global Sky houses more than 211 seats in its headquarters in the Philippines, and with its continuous hiring system, it can scale up to 500 seats in a matter of weeks.

Aside from human resource, you can also count on the technical aspects used by Global Sky. The company currently uses customizable software solutions in order to tailor fit all kinds of business processes and these can easily suit well with your own business venture. Not only that, the company also utilizes its high quality connections, with VOIP channels dedicated to countries such as the United States, Australia and Canada. You can then expect clear, uninterrupted voice calls from the Philippines, and reduced risks of system downtime procedures. Thus, your customers will be guaranteed with satisfaction, and avoid the occurrence of unhappy, irate callers.

Also, thanks to the high grade connections used by Global Sky, it is now easy to route a US Toll free or local number directly to the Philippines. We all know that time is gold, and this saves you from spending more funds because of the waiting time.

Global Sky, in its four years of existence in the BPO industry, has incurred no debts and consistent net positive cash flow. Their cash nest is capable of supporting the company’s operations for several months, thus they have a fallback in case of certain business mishaps. Aside from this, the company also invests in redundancy, including buying assets to minimize monthly fixed costs. Because of this attitude, Global Sky is expected to stay in the business for a very long time.

As part of its standard operating procedure (SOP), Global Sky submits to its clients advanced software, charts and graphs as well as monitoring capabilities. This promotes transparency on both parties, so the clients can check on their own the quality performance of the agents working on their accounts.

So, if you are looking for good recourse to hiring outsourced personnel to help make your business prosper, then Global Sky can cater to your needs. Not only do you save yourself from worrying about how to deliver your business, you also save your budget and allot them for your future needs.

I have to say from experience overseas call centers may be good for your bottom line but they are horrible for your customer service. How do I know this? I used to be a call center supervisor here in the U.S. Yes we were one of the few U.S. based call centers left and we specialized in processing check by phone payments for major finance companies, banks, utilities, etc…

I cannot begin to tell you how many times we were thanked for having phone people who could be understood and the connection was very clear since here in the U.S.

Personally I cannot stand to make a call and have my call answered overseas. While language training is good, it is not that good. Accents are thick and coupled with somewhat tenuous phone connections, the overall experience is usually bad. I understand the cost of operating or contracting to a call center in the U.S. is higher than India, Philippines, Costa Rica etc….. but the cost of losing customers is much higher.

Ask the average American if they prefer talking to someone here in the U.S. or overseas and you will get an overwhelming near 100 percent response of U.S. based call center.

I for one as a small business owner will never ever outsource my phone work overseas.

    Just my opinion………….

Outsourcing is THE number one thing I need to start doing. My fear is trusting someone else with doing my work. I’m really inspired by the 4 hour work week, he’s a genius at it but I’ve yet to actually take the plunge.

  11. Outsource India Says:

Outsourcing is an exceptional way to capitalize in on your core concerns in today’s business world. :d With the ever growing unsuitability of our economy. :o One must come to the conclusion and determine if business process outsourcing is for their business or not. :-?

What if it was your only option? The banks have been given a financial bailout, however what about the rest of the suffering business economy in general? Literally a year worth of downward upside down stock portfolio’s. Trillions of $$ Dollars were lost and sure not a result of outsourcing.

I think we need to diversify ourselves and become pioneers of the future together rather than continuing to be adverse!

  13. TryBPO.com Says:

For anyone interested in outsourcing some of their back-office or administrative work, consider TryBPO.com I somewhat agree with Eric D's post that outsourced phone service tends to get a black eye and they're bringing it on themselves. We offer this, but it's really not our focus. We've found more success for our clients in lead generation, back-office process, data mining, Virtual Assistants, etc.

Acai Berry – We're big fans of Tim Ferriss and the 4HWW too. We particularly cater to the "Lifestyle Design" community and those that follow those general principals and we genuinely enjoy working with that niche.

  15. Mr. Mister Says:

Global Sky SUCKS ASS! Customer service is a joke to the people who work at Global sky. The ONLY thing these people know how to do is read a script, once you ask them a question, they pause… then go right back to reading the script, as if you didn't ask a question at all. What customer wants to talk to a customer service rep who doesn't know any information or cannot do anything more than a automated answering machine can do!?
