InterestingI had considered the simple ways a search engine like Google operates. The truth of the issue is that Search Engines indexes your page countless times, it still takes a metric tonne of due effort on your part to get a page to become relevent to Google. Black Hat SEO is only temporary, in the long run black hat seo isn't worth it. The google sandbox is there for a reason

I would avoid it at all costs. If you want to get a kick start to your website then invest a bit in sponsored links and PPC until your organic listings get better and spend the time link building manually. It's not worth the risk – there's a reason Google sandboxes black hat sites, and to be lumped in with the rest of the chaf that gets boxed will damage any traffic that you generated in the first place.

I have never heard of Google having the ability to terminate a website due to black hat SEO however it could get you permanently removed from Google's index. Black hat SEO focuses on short term success. If you are interested in staying in business and being successful then you should avoid black hat SEO at all costs. After all it is a marathon not a sprint (for me at least)

On my view and experience, black hat method may give you good result and fast result too. But the site may not escape from the Google eye for long time. Soon the site will be penalized and it is really hard to get indexed in Google again. SO white hat SEO is the only way to have long lasting result.
