I would presume and from my experience that most business owners go with white hat providers anyway for long term business growth.

That being stated, I only do white hat seo anyway so its hard to know the exact statistics.

Google used to be full of spam but they are slowly cutting down i think!

It would be good to think that the black hatters will be ousted. In the meantime the SERPs are infested with rubbish link spammed pages that make the search engines increasingly less useful. I wish them well
