This all seems like a lot of work, considering the fact that you can just set up your own personal proxy server on a VPS instead. It only takes about an hour to set up, and unmanaged VPS hosting fees are only about $10/month. I have a VPS Proxy Guide ebook on my website that'll show a non-programmer how to set it up for themselves in easily less than an hour, and in some cases, I'll even set it up for you.
