So, I made up a list of 10 most crucial things to do in 2009 if you want to make any money online, and no, don’t worry these are not the same old useless crap you hear everywhere, these are actually resolutions that I’m making for this year, kinda like the webmaster guidelines. Here we go.
Never say no to anything free being offered in return for a review
I rejected arund 20-30 products that were being offered for free to me in return for a review of it on blueverse , I rejected them because my schedule was already full of alot more work then I could handle anyway, but it’s really helpful when you get a product for free oer and over again, different people different products and at some point you have enough products to make just about any kind f site you want.
NEVER-EVER tolerate any spam such as..
If you are getting mails like :
Hey there! I have just released a new service or product and I WANT YOU to be an affiliate because you are the best of the best of the best! So, cmon in and join!
p.s I have no money to pay for ads!
p.p.s This is a pyramid scheme!!
p.p.p.s Ill mail you 24/7 of the updates!!!
Don’t ever ignore those, reply those spammers with what they deserve, if not that take it one level ahead, post about how much of a scam they are and how unethical their methods are!
The more you ignore these people the worst it will get.
Get yourself some spending plans
Don’t go on spending like a crazy horse, the less you spend in 2009 the more you’ll earn, the recession is still on the rise, so, yea, it’s still not over…save more, work more, earn more.
Over-estimate everything!
Obviously before starting anything you get estimates, quotes…etc this time add 10-50$ on top of the quote just to be on the safe side by the time your project is done you’ll see around 2-4 more expenses coming your way out of no where, you’ll thank the day you over estimated every single thing.
The more you are fearful the better you’re prepared.
Be unique
I have had it with the same cookie cutter projects that people are cloning on an hourly basis now adays, just because it worked for one guy doesn’t mean it works for everyone, in my opinion you should put your tools/products/services out there and be honest, obviously someone’s gonna want it, but calling it the “next big thing” or a “life saver” or something that would make someone on a fixed income jump the gun is just wrong!
Take a chance, make something unique, even if it’s by using the same old tools.
Online Justice is worthless, be safe.
Please for the love of god, do not fall for those crappy membership program sales pages anymore….I myself have rejected 10-40 projects over the last 4 months that involved membership sites that gave you that same old shit over and over again.
To be honest, membership sites are the main problem why people go bankrupt investing online, there are over 5,000 that I have seen myself in 2008 alone, that were pure scams by the looks of it but no one had any balls to say anything…and after all the owner f that site is making money so he doesn’t care either..
Be safe, don’t fall for pyramid schemes, every single review they have on their sales page is made up anyway.. (just my opinion)
Be yourself
Stop trying to copy other sites and their owners or their strategies, not everything works with everyone, it takes alot for site to make some money and it’s not about the tactics they use its about the timing, so there’s no way in hell you can be like them by doing what they did, or more like what you think they did to get there, so yea, it’s useless, stop copying, be yourself.
The best I can do here is give you people the necessary tools, advice, resources needed for you to handle situations when they arise, I’ve never told anyone to follow my footsteps, even in my “how to make a site” kind of tutorials, I simply outline what I did t make it work and the situations that came up while I was working on it so that anyone interested in it could have some useful information and not a pre-determined recipe to a site, which would be useful.
So, that’s it, be safe kids.

Some good points in there. The membership sites really drive me nuts and I stay away from them as much as I can.
The only one I'm curious about is that spammer one. I get those a lot too, but I'm afraid that if I reply back, they'll use it as a reward and email me even more.
It'll be a big year though. Let's hope for the best!

Thanks for this post, I'm just getting my site to the point where I could start making money from it, so articles like are really helpful. Overestimating is a good tip. That works with time as well as money. It always takes more time then you planned for it to.

I entirely share the idea of being yourself. That is exactly what I want to do in this life.My experience shows other people's strategies to success do not lead you to it,because everyone has its own way to the victory.

For me now in 2009, I just try to work more for earn more earning
. And all you said in "Be yourself" I really agree about that. But, once again that in my case. I never succeed by copying other technique

Doing your own thing is VERY important. There are so many sites that are similar or copy cats, that it's ver important to set yourself apart from the millions of other sites.

Creativity & timing is really required for your site. The most important thing is to be yourself. I think everyone have some special abilities & techniques so use it. Copying someone is easy, but by copying you don't learn anything.
