		<description>Buyer Beware.    It is a toy only, nothing more.  For months most of our phone lines we have from them are missing incoming calls.  The part that makes it even worse is they are being directed to wrong numbers, out of service numbers and even other companies.   
 
They are a phone company without a phone number. There is no way to contact them, no live chat and their email support ticket system goes unanswered for days. 
 
The loss of calls to our business has cost us thousands off dollars and switching to toktumi / line 2 is the worst thing we ever did. </description>

		<description>I have seen many great things about you as the CEO of Toktumi and I think it&#039;s wonderful that you are experiencing &quot;growing pains&quot;.  Though I adore your software and website capabilities, I must say that I have had a horrible horrible HORRIBLE time with your customer service in regards to porting our phone lines, and to make it worse I can&#039;t contact CS except through email.  No more posts allowed on your facebook wall, no more LiveChat available, and now I can&#039;t even get into the support section of the website for some reason.  All I&#039;m trying to do is port our office line and fax line, and it seems like I&#039;m asking for an impossible task.  I also had the experience of dealing with a couple of your support staff members on the phone, and not only were they rude, but they were obviously working in a public place and I couldn&#039;t hear them (nor could I understand them very well as it was obvious that they were not proficient in English).  These issues have got to be resolved if you want to continue to gain customers and keep a good reputation.  Best of luck to you! </description>

		<description>I have Toktumi on my Iphone and have used their service for a month ...free.  I received an e-mail saying a plan was available with fewer services for $9.95 per month, but can not reach anyone in the company to check on that rate or to sign up for it.  The live chat is a joke!  Every time I try it, I get a message that wait time is 1-2 minutes. I waited over an hour....no answer. I have tried this method (the only one they provide) many times with no answer. How can you do business with a company that you have no means of comunication???
