Main Focus: eBay Arbitrage
Today’s Value (1 to 10): 7
Overall Value (1 to 10): 1
My Thoughts: You’ll be pleased to hear we covered something of value today! 2 of the 3 videos I watched today dealt with arbitrage on eBay. Basically Jeremy walked Jamie (his model/actress “student”) through the process of listing an item and how to sell something without laying out any cash up front. Although he mentioned hoping the process wouldn’t work the first time around, both he and Jamie were surprised to see it did and she cleared just over $100 on a quick auction.
I have to say, I’m completely intrigued by the whole idea of arbitrage. I have been for a long time, especially with Google Adsense arbitrage. I love the idea of taking advantage of market inefficiencies. There are thousands and thousands of opportunities on eBay alone. It helps greatly that people are generally lazy and seem to bid wildly on eBay for things they could buy at a discount locally or on Amazon.com.
Both videos were well done and concise. My only complaint was no real tips were given on how to find products. About half of my time spent today was trying to find a product I could buy low and potentially sell high. I had to think outside the box a little bit, but ended up finding one. If it sells I stand to make around $50. Not huge money, but a start for any newbie (since that’s how I’m trying to approach this) and always nice to have a way to generate some quick cash if/when you need it.
If you got reasonably good at this, you could easily make a decent living just on this one principle alone. You’d probably need to shoot for selling 100 to 200 products a month, but if that were all you were doing, it really wouldn’t be that hard. Especially once you got a system down.
The 3rd video I watched today was Shoemoney’s story. Where he came from, how he got his start, things that led up to him becoming a successful Internet Marketer, etc. It was pretty interesting, but that’s about it. Not a ton of practical value from it for me.
I will post gains if/when they happen. I’ll possibly post details on what I’ve tried in my eBay arbitrage experiment if enough people are interested. Just let me know in the comments and I’ll gauge interest that way.
If you want to check out the Shoemoney System, you can see it here: Shoemoney System. They’ve got a 60 day Money Back Guarantee, so it’s literally no risk.
30 Day Project Disclosure: I’m a paying member of the Shoemoney System, just like everyone else. I’m not being compensated in any way for my review, nor do I have access to any special resources or techniques on the Shoemoney System. It is, but with minimal risk since you find products you can put up before you have them in hand. It's an interesting idea. And it's still affiliate stuff.

with affiliate, you usually don't deal with products, and what about the risk of buying defected product or getting scammed by buyer or seller?
